About Us

We are a collective of therapists with a combined 34 years of experience

We treat individuals and families.

We are evidence-based trained, utilize a person-centered, strength-based approach designed to help you identify your therapy goals and help us create the best treatment plan to meet your needs.

We treat a multitude of issues including but not limited to symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, family dysfunction, and disordered eating.

Each of our clinicians have at least 17 years of clinical experience beginning in the community mental health field. This experience provided advanced training in trauma treatment, supervision and acute, intense symptom treatment.

Transitioning to independent practice has allowed us to sharpen our tools and share this experience with a new demographic.

Meet Our Team

My goal as a therapist is to help guide people of all ages through their current life experiences. I utilize a strength-based approach, designed to bring my client's strengths to the forefront while encouraging development and processing the more difficult experiences, and feelings, impacting them.

I find success utilizing a trauma informed, relational approach. I work exceptionally well with those suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, maladaptive behaviors, and those who don’t really know what’s wrong, but want to figure it out. Therapy can be intimidating to begin! Let’s address it, and build long term coping skills along the way.

I graduated from Michigan State University with a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work and am licensed through the State of Michigan. Providing therapy since 2007 with children, adolescents, adults and families, I've also trained extensively in evidence-based practices emphasizing relationships, behaviors, and recovery from traumatic experiences.

My goal, as a therapist, is to help decrease discomfort in its many forms, and help you gain comfort quickly, putting you at ease. I enjoy meeting new clients and learning about what is important to them. You can expect experience, clinical skills, respect and validation, and most importantly, start feeling better.

I take my cues from you and what you bring to the sessions to address your concerns. We work together to develop helpful strategies to respond to, manage, and diminish the distress. I utilize multiple evidence-based practices in my work. I am a strength-based and compassion-focused therapist who looks to bring real world solutions to my clients. We work together in individual sessions to build safety and confidence on the path to reaching your goals.

I am a master’s level psychologist with over 17 years of experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and stress. I also have extensive experience working with trauma survivors. In addition, I work well with individuals experiencing disordered eating, life transitions, loss, and relationship concerns. I would be honored to join you on your journey.
